Fitness and health information
FitActive is a tracking and communication tool. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or emergency services.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or upload unlawful or harmful material.
Payments
If you place a paid order, the seller accepts payment through PayPal. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Refunds
Paid orders include a money-back guarantee of at least 30 days from the order date. Details are in the Refund Policy. You can review these Terms and the Refund Policy before paying.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve and temporary interruptions may occur. Continued use after material updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
